Sai graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master’s in Physiotherapy (2016) with numerous distinctions and from York University for an Honours in Kinesiology and Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology (2013).

She is passionate about patient-centered care, taking a holistic approach to help clients achieve their goals and return to meaningful activities, physical activity and lifelong learning. Professional development includes published research in Physiotherapy Canada as a lead author in collaborations with UofT and the Ontario Physiotherapist Association, volunteered time as a clinical lab assistant and clinical skills examiner at the University of Toronto physiotherapy program, and commitment to continuing education.

She has continued to hone her expertise in patient care by obtaining her Level 2 certification in Orthopaedic and Manual Therapy through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and has also taken courses in exercise prescription, health and wellness education, Mulligan’s mobilization with movement, acupuncture, cupping, soft tissue release, and a certificate of distinctions in chronic health conditions. She has helped clients with various musculoskeletal injuries, chronic conditions and motor vehicle accidents and would be happy to work with you.

Outside of work, Sai enjoys learning about different cultures, being physically active, and creating paintings of British Columbia while drinking tea. She has lived in Trinidad, Japan, and Canada, and has participated in Capoeira (Afro-Brazillian martial arts) in Japan and Canada, Pilates, yoga, bouldering, and rock climbing.
