Reynald Milanio

Kinesiologist

Background

Reynald Milanio is a compassionate kinesiologist who sees movement as more than just recovery, it’s a path to rebuilding confidence, independence, and overall well-being. Holding a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, Reynald combines solid academic training with practical experience to support clients with diverse physical and cognitive needs.

His background includes working as a rehabilitation assistant in a long-term care facility, where he supported seniors with physical disabilities, cognitive impairments, and complex health challenges. This experience strengthened his ability to create safe, personalized exercise programs that enhance mobility and quality of life.

Active rehab

Reynald also has meaningful experience working with ICBC and WorkSafeBC clients, delivering active rehabilitation to those recovering from motor vehicle and workplace injuries. He develops client-focused plans that promote pain reduction, return-to-work readiness, and long-term strength.

He has guided post-operative patients through recovery from joint replacements, fractures, and soft tissue surgeries, tailoring programs to individual healing timelines with a strong focus on safety and gradual progress.

Outdoors

Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time outdoors through camping, hiking, and snowboarding. He brings the same energy and passion for movement into his work, while staying up to date with the latest research in rehabilitation and human performance to continuously grow his practice.
