Experience
Dr. Rana’s journey into health care began as one of the youngest volunteers at Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, where he worked with children with life-threatening illnesses. As a former national field hockey athlete, Dr. Rana represented Canada internationally as part of the Men’s U21 and U23 National Teams. His years in high-performance athletics have given him a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands athletes face. This experience is invaluable in his chiropractic practice, where he applies his expertise in sports therapy to help patients, from weekend warriors to professional athletes, optimize their movement and build resilience.
Dr. Rana has also contributed to sports as a coach and athletic trainer. He was an Assistant Coach for the University of Western Ontario’s Women’s Varsity Field Hockey Team. During those four years, he developed training programs and provided performance feedback.
